I’m a maths teacher at Alexandra Park School in North London. My main teaching interests are: teaching lessons that involve students; working with students to solve problems; finding ways to teach which reflect the fact that an hour of lesson time is an hour of all of our lives, and it should be a good hour! I’m interested in puzzles and clever tricks in maths; I like teaching Further Maths. I also play the piano and love music.
Here’s some piano music:

Thank you Rosa, Ally and Frank, I appreciate your comments! The conundrum we all face is to be able to be lovely and cool AND to get enough learning done to feel satisfied.

Maths is easier to understand your class especially because it is a smaller class but also because i have loren to help when i get confused which is actually a lot of the time even though i get most of the work right, its mostly loren reminding me if i’ve skipped a question.
its also easier to learn because you are one of the nicest teachers i have ever had. i never used to like maths but now it is my favourite lesson
